A busy day today preparing for the evening gig as well as serving our day customers and meeting visitors so there are slightly few photos today – but that didn’t affect the quality of the food!
All the meals were prepared from intercepted food, food that was “surplus to requirement” and therefore destined to be wasted. How is it that we throw away so much quality food when so many people go hungry? It’s criminal!
